You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph8vip8 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification, unless the invalid provision was fundamental to the overall agreement.

However, ph8vip8 is not obligated to provide advance notice for non-material clarifications or editorial corrections.
